He serves as the Managing Director of Dukiya Investment, Kwara Branch where he provides strategic leadership across real estate investment, sales, business development, client relationship management, and team development. His work focuses on helping individuals and businesses understand real estate opportunities, make informed investment decisions, and build sustainable wealth through property.

Beyond the corporate space, Ademola is passionate about leadership development, youth empowerment, volunteering, and community engagement.
